Our interview process
If you're interested in joining our team, we invite you to the first step in our interview process, which is a self-led video recorded interview.
Scan the QR code below or click this link and you will find a PDF document with a list of questions so we can get to know you and what you're looking for. Please find a quiet and comfortable environment to complete the interview.
If your video runs long that's alright! We want to know every bit of detail that you want to share, so don't shorten the video but instead you can break the interview up into 2 or 3 videos. Another option is to use another platform like Zoom or Loom to record a video to share with us. If the issue is with the file size and uploading, you could try uploading to a platform with free cloud storage accounts like Dropbox, Proton, or Google Drive and sharing a link to view the video.
