If you are paying on behalf of someone else, please ensure the patient’s name and invoice number are entered correctly. Failure to do so may delay processing. All payments are subject to verification. Any overpayments or billing discrepancies will be reviewed and, if applicable, refunded or credited to your account within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
